The registration form should be submitted by December 30, 2025. Please note that completing the registration form does not automatically confirm participation in the event. All registrations will undergo a thorough review, and qualified participants will be granted access to participate in the Workshop. 

The organizers will review applications and inform potential participants by January 8, 2026, whether their application is successful and participation has been confirmed.

On January 9th, you will receive access to the B2B meetings calendar, where you can plan your business meetings with the hosted buyers. The calendar will close, and your individual meeting schedule will be completed on February 3rd, 2026.
